LEESA BERRY
Haircut Specialist/Team Cheerleader She/Her
Founder of Klute Hair, Leesa is known for creating low-maintenance, “wash-and-go” haircuts that grow out dreamily. Equal parts technically skilled stylist and dedicated listener, she crafts custom cuts that work with your lifestyle and daily routine, whether you're after a subtle refresh or a full-on “who are they?” transformation.
When she’s not wielding her shears, you’ll find Leesa listening to music, exploring Toronto’s food scene, or planning her next trip. Her idea of a perfect night in? Takeout and a reality TV marathon.

Moon is an alternative queer-friendly stylist. They graduated from Marca College of Hair and Aesthetics in 2016 with the ReMARCAble Award, and have been fully licensed and operating since 2018. Moon’s strengths and joys in hair and life include music, zinemaking, horror movies, creative colours, drag wigs and shag/creative haircuts!
Moon’s Specialties: Personalized/creative colour, creative cuts for specialty hair types (curly, thick)
When booking with Moon, please include a photo of your current hair, a reference photo of your desired look, and a brief description of what you're hoping to achieve.

MARKIS FERNANDO
Hair Colourist He/Him
Markis has been a colourist since 2005, working throughout the Queen Street West and Ossington neighbourhoods, before joining the Klute team in 2024. He loves getting to meet so many amazing people through his work! When he's not in the salon, Markis enjoys DJing, going to the movies, and karaoke.

PAUL SHEPHERD
Haircutter He/Him
Paul recently celebrated a major milestone: 30 years in the hair industry! During that time, he has amassed a veritable "tickle trunk" of haircutting techniques and experience. He has trained with Sassoon, Toni & Guy, and most recently, Hairstory NYC. Paul enjoys cutting shags, mullets, and curls, and has a particular affection for classic haircuts as well.
Beyond the chair, he has contributed to Toronto's creative community as a salon owner, musician, occasional hair-industry pinch hitter, and all-around pretty swell human being.
